Trail to Ernie's Falls starts 2.5 miles in at the intersection of Douglas Springs Trail/Ernie's Falls and Bridal Wreath.
Bridal Wreath has a slight incline for a short distance. The vegetation is heavier. Trail can be overgrown.
The trail begins with a slight incline with an assortment of vegetation and wonderful views of the valley.
A small sample of the vegetation type in the area. A lot of great plant life and possible animal sightings.
Vegetation varies from mesquite, ocotillo and creosote, to pricklypear and cholla cactus, to various grasses and flowers.
The vegetation on the trail continues to get more dense as you get closer to the wash below the waterfall.
