The yellow trail ends back on the south power line road. Turn left onto this road and follow it to the trailhead parking lot.
Just prior to the end of the green trail, you'll see signs for the start of the yellow trail.
The green trail ends on the south power line road. Turn right and then you'll turn left onto the yellow trail in about 0.2 mile.
Next, going under the Over Under Bridge.
