By the waters edge, even in August. Be careful of gun owners. Make yourself known to be there.
Great place to relax and cool off. Be sure to carry a bright colored scarf. You might find disrespectful gun owners, and you need to be seen. I had them shoot a gun shot at me from 300 yards. So be careful, and make yourself known
