Here, you're starting to get into sections of the trail with tall, gorgeous trees.
An unusually warm day in mid-February brings sun and smiles to the trail. As you can see, some of the ice from a previous storm is still melting.
Parts of this trail are quite winding as they make their way through the dense hardwood forests.
