There are moments where words cannot describe what you'll see. This is one of the rewards for getting wet crossing the creek.
Don't forget to turn around on your way up and enjoy the views. Time the wildflowers right and they will be in full bloom.
This can be the second possible wet crossing, depending on the time of year. Take caution at this point, as the creek drops in elevation rapidly and is moving swiftly..
The creek crossing at mile 3.14. It is almost a river in May/June (depending on peak flow) and a trickle by the fall.
At Clark Lake, snow's on the ground and still falling in the middle of June. Respect the mountain.
