Most of the loop around the lake is forested and shady.
Crossing one of several wooden bridges around Lake Haigler.
There are several spots where the trail opens up and gives you access to the lake.
Very low water at the crossing, can be circumnavigated via swinging bridge.
Wild Azalea Trailhead is well marked by this sign.
