The tip of Mt. Baker peeks through the trees above Stewart Mountain & Lake Whatcom.
Lake Whatcom is visible from the top of the trail, but really you'll have a better view of Stewart Mountain.
The forest around the Lake Whatcom View Trail gets more vibrant the higher up you climb.
Roots and a touch of much make for a great fall outing.
