The old tram station on the hill above Pago Pago.
Views of Pago Pago Harbor open up at this point in the hike. It's a beautiful view.
Other batteries and fortifications are not as well preserved, but you can definitely tell where the batteries were. The forest has started to reclaim the area.
There are a series of stairs that you have to climb along the World War 2 Heritage trail. These date back to the 1940s and allowed soldiers to traverse the ridge line.
The 2nd gun battery was flooded after a couple days of rain.
