My favoirte section of the loop, leading up to the Indian Burial Cairn.

The only creek you must cross has a bridge to ensure you stay dry.

The start of the trail is marked by this nice sign.
The trail can be a bit trickier to find in snow, of course. Here's an example. If the footprints were not present, things could get dicey.
