The park has lots of wildflowers and grasses including prairie coreopsis, coneflowers, iris, sunflowers, prairie rose, butterfly weed, black and brown-eyed Susan, switch grass, bluestem, Canada wild rye and wheatgrass.

The park has lots of wildflowers and grasses including prairie coreopsis, coneflowers, iris, sunflowers, prairie rose, butterfly weed, black and brown-eyed Susan, switch grass, bluestem, Canada wild rye and wheatgrass.
There are many nice park benches around the trail to rest and enjoy the scenery.
There are several wooden bridges along the trail where Otter Creek passes. When the photo was taken the creek was dry.
More seating to rest and enjoy the view.
Ski tracks and hiking tracks into the woods.
Sentence to Service has helped the City with labor needed to transform the campground area. Eight to 11 campsites are planned, without water or electric, but clean and quiet. Contact City Hall for updates: (320) 395-2646.
