This is the HUGE redwood that's over 8 feet across with its roots exposed next to the trail. Picture taken standing next to its exposed roots, that continued a few feet above my head.
Much of Sprig Trail winds through the towering redwoods of the mixed redwood forest.

This is a HUGE redwood, must be over eight feet across. Its roots are exposed on the trail side, but its still standing tall and straight, amazing.
