Some nice little waterfalls in the creek alongside the trail.

The upper part of the trail passes through some beautiful forest, oft with a steep drop off on one side and quickly rising hill on the other.
All stream crossings had nice new foot bridges, except this one. The rocks on either side were pretty slippery - exercise caution.

All stream crossings had nice new foot bridges, except this one. The rocks on either side were pretty slippery - exercise caution.
Small parking area at the end of the trail. Trailhead is off to the right in the photo.
There are some nice, and well earned(!), views along the way. (Map location is approximate!)
