An improvised bridge provides access to Strahan Trace and Bauer Trail from the intersection of N. Eldridge Parkway and War Memorial. Parking is available in Bear Creek Park.
Old Addicks-Fairbanks Road: North end at War Memorial, looking south.
The southern entrance to Wise Fox Trace is at Clay Road and War Memorial Street.
Wise-Fox trail through the brush north of Clay Road. The further north you go, the more it becomes open woodland.
