Nice view to the south at the upper end of Majestic Passage, near its Stormking Parkway junction - mountains in the distance are seen above the nearby forested hillsides.

Stormking Parkway winds through beautiful dense mixed pine forest sprinkled with wildflowers.
Nearby thickly forested hills are seen through breaks in the trees.
Majestic Passage follows the North Fork of Spring Creek upstream (lower left). As it gently climbs, more sunlight shines through the canopy, leading to ferns and other dense undergrowth vegetation.
The beautiful, lush mixed pine forest along Stormking Parkway in Rathdrum Mountain Park.
Steep slopes guarded by the huge, tall cedars, drop down to the creek (not visible) to the left.
