Runner Notes

Plant your feet very carefully, there are a ton of roots on this trail.

Description

Heading east from Ridge Trail, this trail is an ankle twister. It is relatively flat with a few short but rooty hills.

Take this all the way to the beginning of Night Crawler and work your way up to the radio tower. There's a bench part of the way through that makes for a great resting area.
