Fast, fun, smooth, and superb scenery right below the Courthouse Butte and Bell Rock. There is one small rocky section in the southwest corner (near the start of the run as mapped) where the trail goes in and out of a wash. The far northeast corner has a beautiful slickrock area that is fun to play around in.

This makes a great introduction to Sedona running and can easily be connected to other loops and trails by using the Bell Rock Trail.
