Rocks and roots are particularly dangerous for ankles on this trail.

Description

From the trailhead follow Sister's Trail for a minute or so until you reach the split for Ponderosa Trail. Go left at the split and follow the trail on a short gradual climb before a nice downhill section back to the car.

This trail makes for the perfect, albeit short, loop when used in conjunction with Sister's Trail.
