Mostly singletrack, this lollypop course is a perfect 5-mile run. Great views along Lake Pend Oreille.

Idaho State Parks charge a $5 entry fee.

Starting from the Sunrise day use area, the trail starts with a small section on pavement then it's all singletrack baby! First 1-2 miles are on the beautiful shoreline trail. After you make your way around Beaver Bay then work your way over roots and some wooden steps to Buttonhook bay. This is where you start "Dam it Dave Hill" up to the Buttonhook campground. Then back to singletrack and loop to the Shore Line trail and onward to the Sunrise day use area.

This is such a fun trail, lots of rocks, roots and views!

Trails used: Shoreline, Squirrel Cache and a small section of the High Point Trail.
