This is the downhill direction of Roller Coaster trail is named for its several steep mini descents followed by rapid rises. Watch for the nondescript start of the trail off to the left of the fire road. Follow it along, crossing the "rail trails" in various places.

This trail is one of the longer singletrack trails in the park. That said, you can take any of the myriad of off-shoots from this trail to find a more direct route to the bottom.
