Description

From the Fairy Lake Trailhead follow the well-built trail through coniferous forest, followed by a beautiful, open sub-alpine basin, and finally up craggy switchbacks to the summit of Sacagawea Peak.

Find a rocky summit cairn and possibly add your name to the peak registry. If you're the type that likes to "tick off" peaks then add in the easy jaunt over to Naya Nuki peak just a few hundred meters away as well.

Flora & Fauna

A mountain goat sighting atop the peak is not uncommon so keep your eyes peeled!
