Other than a few road crossings, this is a straight, flat, paved trail. A great paved trail if you are looking for a personal record.

Description

There are a number of places to access this trail, the best of which is Burke Lake Trail. Depending on the time of day, it can get hot. In addition to access to Burke Lake Trail you can get close to Fountainhead Park, which has additional trails for running, hiking and mountain biking. Make sure you have enough water because there aren't too many places to stop for drinks or snacks.
