Description

The start of the trail is about a mile or so from the trailhead on the Horsethief Park Trail (#704). Continue straight at both intersections as the trail forks off to the left at about 0.7 miles and then again another 0.2 miles to the right. At the second junction, signage will appear to direct the way to Horsethief Falls Trail (#704AA).

At this point, the trail is a singletrack and meanders through mixed pines as it gains slightly in elevation. The path moves alongside the creek and starts to head toward the falls.

Enjoy the sunlight streaming through the pines and climb alongside the rocks to enjoy the cascading of the water.

Once you've had your fill, simply return the way that you came.

Flora & Fauna
