Nice networks of trails 30 minutes out of Chelan, WA. Great views of Lake Chelan and a mix of light hills, meadows and scattered pines. This is a big Nordic skiing area in the Winter, but Spring/Summer trails are just as good. Use this map:

Description
Alley Oop is off the 'Chaos Corner' junction of trails. It's a nice loop trail with minor elevation change, singletrack through meadows, sparse pines, lots of fauna and nice views in the distance of Lake Chelan. There's a little side loop trail called 'Purde View' that takes you to a great view of the lake and the foothills. I did this on a Saturday morning around 7am, so didn't see any others on the trail - very peaceful and will definitely do again when in the area.
Alley Oop is part of larger system of trails in Eagle Ridge, so it's easy to combine multiple trails for longer runs. There is plentiful signage throughout trail system (but not with distances or difficulty) so download this
map or
this one, which is good, too. Alternatively, just use the
Trail Run Project mobile app!
Drive up the gravel road to the upper trailhead access - there is parking here and a restroom - to access the trail network.
