This 28-mile long path is for the road runner who is sick of just running in their neighborhood. If you're looking to run some serious mileage and get away from the roads check out the CCT.

This 28-mile long path is entirely paved but can be difficult to navigate at times. There are no signs and it occasionally cuts through neighborhoods or takes alternative routes around major intersections of the Parkway.

Knowledge of the exact route or having the Trail Run Project mobile app with this map is a must.

This is poorly maintained so if you choose to ride your bike instead of run be warned.

Be prepared for lots of road noise. Bring music!
