Description

This pullout near the Camas Road Entrance is a promising prospect for an interpretive trail. When the trail was built after a fire in 1967, it was was filled with interpretive stops and a pamphlet explaining the forest's recovery. Overall, the area doesn't have the greatest aesthetic and the interpretive value plummeted once another fire came through and effectively erased the exhibits leaving you to determine your own interpretation of its recovery.

The young lodgepole pines are once again densely growing, obscuring what views the trail once had.
