Description

The trail is easy and laid back with little to no climbing necessary for its duration. Enjoy the views as you wind around the Davidson Mesa Open Space park on this gentle trail. Additionally, there is free parking on either side of McCaslin Blvd.

If you're seeking to connect this trail with others in the area, there is an underpass beneath McCaslin Blvd, which gives foot traffic the ability to access trails on the other side.

If this loop is too long it can be shortened about half-way by a small connecting trail, the Davidson Mesa Connector.

Here we're looking eastward. The hard-packed pea-gravel surface is a pleasure to run/walk on. The entire trail looks basically like this (except that when you look west you see the awesome view!).

Choose your trail. The one on the right (closest to the dog park) takes you counterclockwise on the longest loop. Center - lollipop. To the left, not pictured, if you want to go clockwise.
