This is an awesome trail and the best way to travel from Manning Camp to Rincon Peak. The views are stunning since you are on a ridge most of the time. However, beware that being on this trail during monsoon season brings some significant risk. I was once on this ridge when a storm cell was headed straight for the ridge, with lightning bolts bombing everywhere. Pay close attention to weather when on this trail.
