The beach can be accessed here but be wary of the tides as they move at one inch per minute here. Don't travel along the shore here. You can get caught up against the cliffs with the tide.

Runner Notes

Connects the Christie Viewpoint Trail to the Eatonville Trail and the rest of the Coastal Trail.
There are no signs naming the trails, only a few signs at intersections saying which way Eatonville is and which way Refugee Cove and Cape Chignecto are.

Description

Once you enter the woods at the top of Christie fields, this trail starts, but is not called this by any signs. There is a good climb and descent on this trail with a few good viewpoints and stairs as well. It connects the Christie Viewpoint Trail to the Mill Brook Canyon Trail for those looking to extend their run.
