The trail runs past the Infantry Post Cemetery, then winds through prairie and woody draws. It is shared with mountain bikers and horseback riders, so keep your eyes open for other users. From this trail, you can connect to Little Sioux Loop, Little Soldier Loop, and Bloody Knife Trail for some additional mileage.
