Description
Parking for this trail can be found just south of Milam Gap, near mile 53 of Skyline Drive.
Start on the white-blazed AT as it crosses the southern end of the parking area, heading left to cross Skyline Drive. Once across the road, look for the start of the Mill Prong Trail on the left.
Head onto this blue-blazed trail as it descends gradually through what used to be fields and orchards, and then transitions into old forest. The trail crosses a couple small streams off of Mill Prong as it ends at the fork of the
Mill Prong Horse Trail.
