Description

Taj Mahal is a great trail section running from the Metacomet Trail down to the power lines. The trail is on the right if you're heading north on the Metacomet Trail and is marked by a painted sign. It starts about .5 miles past the chimney.

The trail is a nicely buffed out switchback section meandering south to the power lines. The Old Metacomet Climb heads to the right and uphill once you reach the power lines. Crossing the power lines leads down to Orange Loop and the Yellow Loop.
