Description

A mostly flat trail with a short, fairly steep rise and descent at each end. Starting from the Bowman Bay parking lot which is in the middle of the trail, you'll find the trailhead in the front right corner if you are facing the water.

It immediately crosses a grass section heading north for a short while. You'll then pick up the trail and follow it up and over a short hill with a guardrail as it's a long drop to the ocean below. Come down the other side and then cross another grass section where you'll come to the western end of the trail as it connects to the Rosario Head Trail. Continue on that loop or turnaround and retrace your steps to where you started.

When you reach your starting point continue straight ahead on the trail heading south with great views of Bowman Bay to your right. Soon you'll enter the forest, hit a switchback for a short climb and then descent to the intersection with the Lighthouse Point Trail and Lottie Point.
