Description
This is very nice short loop trail through Old Growth Forest. It has great fall colors and wildflowers in the spring. It's an easy to intermediate lollipop trail, and can be muddy after rains. The trail starts behind the gate from the parking lot and there will be a short easy trail segment that leads to the loop. You can take the loop either clockwise or counter clockwise, and each direction features a descent and ascent. You'll cross a creek a few times on this trail, but it is easy to step over the water.
