Description

From the northern end of the Wild Burro Trail start just up the hill of the Tortolita Traverse Trail and the singletrack Wild Burro Loop Trail will be easily seen on your right hand side. This trail winds its way up the eastern side of the Wild Burro Canyon, making several switchbacks. It's predominantly uphill although also fairly navigable. There are some rocks but it's more buffed out than many of the other trails in the area. There are some nice canyon views from this trail but it also links you to the Ridgeline Trail which has some spellbinding views of the Catalinas and all the way to downtown Tucson. If you come up the Ridgeline Trail this Wild Burro Loop Trail will be a blast as you speed down the gentle slopes.

This trail is very easy to follow once you get on the right path. Enjoy!
