Description

Starting at the intersection with Old Durr Rd, this doubletrack jeep road follows the Umtanum Ridge. There are great views of the Cascade mountains including Mt Rainier and Mt Adams throughout. Soon after reaching the highpoint of 3600 ft you'll see an intersection with Umtanum Vista Trail on your left. Continue on the undulating path for 3 miles and it will begin to lose elevation as it dives down to Roza Creek.

Flora & Fauna

56% runnable for umtanum creek is a bit on the high side. Ice in spots but it's like running in a grippy snow-cone - no spikes needed. 7mi — 2h 20m
