Woodland Loop/Bridge Loop Connector Trail

This trail is a nice connector that allows one to extend your route with other trails, including the Woodland Loop and the Bridge Loop trails. This can be sandy, particularly on the part parallel to the north side of the interstate, or rutted in spots, particularly on the part parallel to the south side of the Interstate.

The main drawback is the noise from Interstate 94.

This trail is in the Missouri River State Natural Area which is managed by the North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department in cooperation with the ND Department of Transportation, Morton County Parks and the City of Mandan.
