Description

This primitive trail is a rugged day trip, but most visitors find the journey worth enduring. During this trip, you may be rewarded in wilderness solitude that will only be broken by the sound of calling loons.

The trail itself starts approximately 3/4 mile down the Bartlett River Trail. There, you'll find a branch trail that climbs the glacial moraine to Bartlett Lake.

If planning on undertaking this expedition, be sure to bring lunch, plenty of water, and rain gear.
