Runner Notes

Be respectful of off-road riders. These trails are built and maintained by the local MTB club, and it gets a lot of usage. I always yield to riders, and I've never had a problem sharing these trails.

Description

This is part of the complex of mountain bike trails at Sugar Bottom Recreational Area. The 201 is a little over a mile, and isn't terribly technical or difficult. It's very winding and can feel a little gratuitous at times, but it winds through a pretty section of woods out on the edge of the Coralville Reservoir.

The 201 can be reached from the back entrance of the recreation area off of Sugar Bottom Road. The SW end of the 201 connects relatively seamlessly to the 301.
