Some portions could be temporarily closed by Landfill for safety if they're working in that area. Consider the usual trail etiquette/restrictions to not use trail during breakup or other times when it's soft. Your fellow trail users will appreciate it.

Runner Notes

Might want to be careful along the first part of trail leading from the parking lot. You can always skip that section and enter elsewhere going down the road from parking lot.

Description

This is mostly a ski trail, but there is a singletrack part leading along the ridge from the new parking lot that has been created by usage, more than actually being constructed. Look above the gate (G101) to see where to go. Once you're on top the old sled hill, it's ski trail the rest of the way.

This trail is adjacent to the active portion of the Landfill (see hybrid map), so things can change.

The entire Crevasse-Moraine system is a temporary use of MSB Landfill property. Some trails may eventually be lost, but we're hoping that's minimal with their newer plans and new technology.
