Runner Notes

Sandy going makes for some tread resistance, but this route is still runnable.

Description

This user-made trail starts across from the corral at the parking area at the Post Trailhead and extends to the Lower Muley Twist Canyon Trail. The predominantly sandy route includes a mix of singletrack, road-trace, and a number of wash crossings as it follows the contours of the Halls Drainage. Taken from north to south, you'll enjoy a very subtle descent, which might not be so subtle on the return trip.
