Peel off the South Boise Trail #101A for a very sweet view of incredible cliffs and spires as you trek into Dog Lake. This trail sees a bit more traffic than some of the harder to get to lake trails, so it is usually in better repair too. There are a few places to camp at the lake and great swimming if you like cold water. This trail offers a view of the Twin Imps to the north that you just can't get anywhere else.
