The upper portions of this trail have great views and are incredible on a full moon (if you're comfortable with night running). Wildlife sightings are common on this trail. Though the full extent of this trail is quite long, the effort is well worthwhile. You have the freedom to explore this trail fully or to take it in sections depending on the type of outing that you're seeking.
