Description

Highland Trail 5 is another short but fun trail in the park. It's mainly used as a connection point between the Lake Trail and the Highland Trail 1. The going is pretty flat, but there are a few roots and rocks to keep things interesting. At the start of this trail, you might be able to catch sight of Lake Crabtree through the trees, so keep your eyes peeled!

It's worth noting that while this trail is multi-use, there are many cyclist specific features on this trail, including a section of technical rocks, and some constructed wooden features. If you're going to be traversing on this trail, keep an eye (and an ear) out for other trail users who might be moving quickly. Even if you decide to work your way around the obstacles, it can be fun to watch youngsters testing their skills!
