The largest single loop within Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve, this trail starts and ends at the parking lot. Progressing counterclockwise, the trail begins with a stretch of doubletrack grass trail as it enters deeper into the woods.

Once into the woods, the trail turns to a tighter, more singletrack design, with plenty of roots and a few fallen trees creating a slightly more challenging section. One significant climb breaks up the trail, about mid-way, asking runners to give a little more effort, before exiting the woods at the 4-way intersection with Meadowview Trail and Upper Fields Trail. The trail crosses many of the other trails in the reserve, making it a sort of freeway of the trail system.

As you near the final stretch of the trail, runners will enter a thick field and begin a descent back to the pond and eventually the parking lot.
