Only for serious runners who know how to handle very steep technical terrain that is usually covered in leaves! It is awesome! The trail is very faint in most places and includes lots of off-camber rocks and roots. There are a couple sections that require using your hands as you scramble down some rocky sections. Stick to the ridgeline if you lose the trail for a second, and it will reappear. It can be tricky in there...
