The Andros Trail Race 10 km , starting from Korthi Bay Central Square, is initially directed towards the valley of Korthi, then turning to Kato Khones settlement and it's beautiful fountain, continuing alongside the valley and viewing traditional dovecotes, threshing floors and cottages, crossing Alamania settlement, and uphill to Episkopeio settlement, by the chapel of the Prophet Elias, the ruins of windmills and a unique mill called "Tavlomillos" found only on Andros. The path is directed towards the picturesque stone bridge and a watermill in Episkopeio (famous from the film "Little England"). Then the route continues through Episkopeio to Lardia (Palaiokastro) settlement and returns to Korthi Bay.

The total length of the Small race is 9.7 km with a maximum elevation gain of 480 meters. The establishment of the race consists of: 46% traditional paths, 28% settlement pavement, 8% dirt road and 18% asphalt. The start and the finish line will be in Korthi Bay central square, in front of the Elementary School.

Experience the rural beauties following old paths, cobblestone trails and Venetian-times streets. Run along steep slopes, surrounded by small green gorges and ravines with streams, water mills, stone bridges, fountains and drystone walls, follow certified hiking trails (Leading Quality Trails – Best of Europe). Indulge in history and culture.
Participation in the Andros Trail Race, will give athletes the opportunity to experience new landscapes & images, and face new challenges.
