Like all the trails in Rockwood Reservation, it's all very runnable. There are a couple sets of stairs along the way that get very slick when wet.

Description

This trail goes up and around the backside of the visitor center. There's a shorter loop option as well, if the full trail is a bit much for the day. You'll pass caves that you can look in, but all caves are off limits.
