I guess winter time would be hard to do, due to the amount of snow; other than that, YOU could be your only restriction!
Runner Notes
The only way to run will be downhill but the way up makes it a great training hike, so if you there to run, go ahead!
Description
Being there sitting at the campsite, with my family just eager to move, I decided to follow some cattle tracks up the mountain. As I was just enjoying my run, you can imagine my surprise when I realized that I had climbed pretty much 2/3rds of the mountain, and could not go further because my siblings where waiting for me to eat.
If you make it this far, keep going to the top, since you are most of the way there on the track, and the trail is just there to follow!
Be prepared from some steep running; VERY STEEP in some places (let's say a stretch of about 50 meters). I had to put my hands on the ground to keep going up, but you can manage it very well. I was there in the summer when it was pretty hot and dry, so the terrain was soft and loose with tons of dust and ash, etc. but it's worth it all.
If you pack some picnic food it could be a Top 10 Picnic!
Pay attention on the way up, because the way down is so fast you might get a bit disoriented, and it could get difficult to find the trail that leads back to camp.
Flora & Fauna
Lots of flora; didn't get to see any animals.
