Description
This trail can be started from either end with ample parking at both locations. The trail is a nice crushed granite substrate that provides wonderful footing in almost any conditions, with little to no mud present even after a rain. The entirety of this trail runs along the shoreline of Lake Lewisville providing endless views as well as some great sunset photos opportunities. Most of the trail travels in and out of small stands of scrub (i.e. small trees) providing very little protection from the sun, making this trail best for fall through winter, or during early or late hours of the day. Visitors can expect an enjoyable outing in a suburban concrete jungle.
