This trail begins and ends on the paved pathway south of the Three Graces so you'll have to run a little ways to get to it. The trail can be taken in either direction. Either way, you'll climb stairs built to help control erosion which is a major issue on this trail. Many fences have been added to further help with erosion by keeping people on the trail. Don't get confused by the drainage ditches.

After a short climb, the trail snakes along the northern edge of the Sleeping Giant rock formation. There can be some fun spots on this section for kids to play on the rocks without actually "climbing". Views to the north include the Three Graces / Cathedral Spires formation, Sentinel Rock, and Kissing Camels. Head back down and return to the paved pathway to complete this trail.
